Daniel O'Brady is a burned out cop. When he sees a child

Regaining consciousness after the single car accident, an
injured Daniel sets out to find help. What he finds is a quaint
little village full of people who are more than happy to help
him. He's given medical aid, food, clothing and shelter ...
and no one will take a dime from him. If that's not strange
enough, after a few days in the tranquil town he discovers
an odd house surrounded by streaks of an odd blue light. He
decides to investigate.
Dr. Michael Hudson is a scientist bent on proving the existence
of supernatural phenomena. His life is consumed with passion
to prove his theory, to the exclusion of all else. When his
research leads him to a house outside a small village in Northern
California, he packs up his team and his equipment and sets
out to document and prove his long-held belief in another
dimension.
